We are located on the first floor of the Lee Health Family Medicine building in the back left corner of Gulf Coast Medical Park, Suite 103. Gulf Coast Medical Park is located off Plantation Rd between Daniels and 6 Mile Cypress. Our parking lot connects with the road that circles Gulf Coast Medical Center and therefore we can also be accessed from Metro Blvd and driving behind the hospital.
